Storing, inspecting, and preparing sheet materials.
Kometa makes what brands and companies can't buy off the shelf: packaging, awards, games, POS displays, decor, and technical parts from plywood, laminated HDF, and acrylic. We take on a project at any stage — from a rough idea to a ready production file — and carry it through to a packed run at your warehouse.
Kometa is a contract manufacturer. We don't sell goods of our own: we make the products companies sell under their own labels, give to clients, or use in retail.
Most manufacturers make you choose: fast and high-volume, or careful and expensive. We built our facility so you don't have to — the lines deliver up to 5000 items per day, while laser precision and checks at every handoff keep the quality of one-off work.
We work with natural sheet materials: sanded birch plywood, laminated HDF, HDF, acrylic, and cardboard. Every sheet passes incoming inspection — moisture, geometry, and sanding quality.
That's why we're trusted both by premium brands with small-batch series and by national retail chains with runs of tens of thousands of units.

In fifteen years we've learned that the run itself is only half the job. The other half is predictability: deadlines, repeatability, and one person accountable for the product's entire journey.
Machinery for every operation — from cutting and printing to finishing and packaging — on one site. Spare capacity at every station: one machine going down doesn't shift your run's deadline.

Team loungeEvery project is supported by process engineers, machine operators, and printing, assembly, and quality control specialists. Order parameters are locked in production documentation.
We inspect the batch at every stage and keep the parameters on file so a repeat run comes out with no deviations.
