Contract manufacturing since 2010

Kometa makes what brands and companies can't buy off the shelf: packaging, awards, games, POS displays, decor, and technical parts from plywood, laminated HDF, and acrylic. We take on a project at any stage — from a rough idea to a ready production file — and carry it through to a packed run at your warehouse.

What we do

We manufacture products under your brand

Kometa is a contract manufacturer. We don't sell goods of our own: we make the products companies sell under their own labels, give to clients, or use in retail.

Products under your brand

  • We engineer the product and packaging for retail and marketplace sales
  • Games, puzzles, kits, interior decor, and gift lines
  • Repeat runs come out identical — every parameter stays on file

Corporate orders

  • Engraved awards, trophies, plaques, and business gifts
  • Branded packaging, custom inserts, and gift sets
  • Runs from one-off samples to tens of thousands of units

Outfitting your business

  • POS displays, stands, price-tag holders, and organizers
  • Signs, plaques, and indoor wayfinding
  • Technical parts and components made to drawings

The speed of mass production, the precision of custom work

Most manufacturers make you choose: fast and high-volume, or careful and expensive. We built our facility so you don't have to — the lines deliver up to 5000 items per day, while laser precision and checks at every handoff keep the quality of one-off work.

We work with natural sheet materials: sanded birch plywood, laminated HDF, HDF, acrylic, and cardboard. Every sheet passes incoming inspection — moisture, geometry, and sanding quality.

That's why we're trusted both by premium brands with small-batch series and by national retail chains with runs of tens of thousands of units.

Principles

What clients get beyond the products

In fifteen years we've learned that the run itself is only half the job. The other half is predictability: deadlines, repeatability, and one person accountable for the product's entire journey.

01Full cycle under one roofThe product never travels between contractors — that saves days and rules out damage in transit.
02Quote within one business dayA process engineer reviews the artwork and picks the material and process; your manager comes back with a price and timeline.
03Repeatable runsOrder parameters are locked in production documentation — repeats come out with no deviations.
04No production file neededA sketch, photo, or reference is enough — we'll prepare the design and cutting files ourselves.
Equipment

An in-house machine fleet for the full cycle

Machinery for every operation — from cutting and printing to finishing and packaging — on one site. Spare capacity at every station: one machine going down doesn't shift your run's deadline.
