The final stage of production: individual packaging, shrink film, labels and barcodes, transit cartons and shipping preparation — including to Wildberries and Ozon requirements.
Packaging & labeling · up to 5,000 units/day
Packaging protects the finished product: a custom insert holds it inside the box, shrink film seals it from moisture and dust, and the transit carton withstands stacking. The automatic line packs up to 5,000 units a day.
Labeling is printed and applied right here: barcodes, labels, inserts. The batch is put together to the requirements of the specific warehouse — from a retail distributor to marketplace fulfillment — and ships out with no repacking needed elsewhere.
The batch leaves the plant ready for sale — box, label, carton, pallet.
Packaging is designed together with the product — that makes it cheaper and more reliable.
