Manufacturing prices

Guide prices for our operations and the materials we work with. The exact price depends on the material, size, artwork complexity, number of operations, and run size — we quote after reviewing your file.

Cutting prices

Laser cutting by material

The price per linear metre of cutting goes down as run volume grows. These figures are a guide; the exact cost depends on cut length, nesting, and thickness. Material is billed separately or supplied by the customer.

What we work with

Materials and thicknesses

We keep core materials in stock and order the rest per project. Customer-supplied material is accepted if it meets our thickness and surface requirements.

What makes up the price

What affects the cost

Most of these factors can be addressed at the artwork stage — our production engineer will show you where to save without losing quality.

FACTOR 01Material and thicknessThe thicker the sheet, the slower the cut and the higher the price per metre.
FACTOR 02Cut lengthMeasured along the artwork outline — a simple shape costs less than an intricate one.
FACTOR 03OperationsEngraving, printing, CNC milling, painting, assembly, and packaging.
FACTOR 04Sheet nestingDense nesting reduces material consumption — we handle it ourselves.
FACTOR 05Run sizeFrom 500 units, volume discounts of up to 30% kick in.
FACTOR 06TurnaroundStandard lead time costs less; a 24-hour rush carries a surcharge.

Common questions about pricing and ordering

What's the minimum order?
Technically, from 1 unit (the trial batch format). Orders become cost-effective from 20–50 units, as machine setup is spread across the run. For serial production, the minimum is 500 units.
What format should the artwork be in?
Vector formats work best — DXF, AI, or CDR at 1:1 scale. If you don't have artwork, send a sketch, a photo, or just a description: preparing the machine-ready file is part of our design service.
How fast do you quote?
A standard quote takes one business day. If the artwork is ready and the material is in stock, we often reply within 1–2 hours. Complex projects with painting and kitting take up to 2 business days.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. From 500 units a volume scale applies: the bigger the run, the lower the unit price — up to 30% off on runs of 5000 or more. Repeat runs from saved artwork save further on setup.
Do you work under contract with VAT?
Yes, we work with legal entities and sole proprietors under contract, including VAT, deferred payment for regular partners, and closing documents. We'll send our details and a contract template on request.
Whose material — yours or ours?
Whichever suits you. Our stock program lets a run start the day the order is approved; customer-supplied material is accepted after our production engineer checks it's suitable for laser cutting.
