25 machines in two shifts

The core of the shop floor is CO₂ laser machines rated at 150 W with a 1600×1000 mm working bed. A fleet of 25 machines lets us cut several orders in parallel and keep capacity in reserve: one machine going down never shifts a shipping date.

The operator checks the first cut of every batch: edge cleanliness, the accuracy of mounting holes and the geometry of the joints. From there the series runs in a dialed-in mode — parts repeat with cut-level precision.

Frequently asked questions

What determines the cutting price?
Cut length, material thickness, contour complexity and run size. The bigger the series, the lower the price per part — the machines cut the batch without changeovers.
What does the edge look like on plywood?
Dark, caramelized, even. It can be sanded, painted or left as is — the dark outline often works as a design feature.
How accurate is the cut?
Positioning to 0.1 mm, with cut-level repeatability across the batch. Joints and fits assemble without any adjustment.
Can you cut my material?
Yes, as long as it meets the thickness and surface requirements. We take material into our warehouse and return the offcuts.
What's the minimum order?
We handle both single parts and runs of thousands. The minimum order value is confirmed at quoting.
