By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data” and pressing the submit button, the user of lazercomet.ru (the “Data Subject”) freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives consent to the processing of their personal data on the following terms.

- preparing a cost estimate and a commercial proposal at the Data Subject’s request;
- providing feedback, including notifications on the progress of the enquiry and the order;
- concluding and performing a manufacturing contract;
- registering and granting access to the 3D studio account, where that service is used.
3. Scope of personal data covered by this consent
- surname and given name (or any other form of address supplied by the Data Subject);
- contact telephone number;
- email address;

4. Actions covered by this consent
Consent is given to the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
5. Methods of processing
Personal data are processed both by automated means and without such means (mixed processing). No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place. No decisions producing legal effects for the Data Subject are taken solely on the basis of automated processing.
6. Transfer to third parties
The Operator may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in section 2 — to the hosting provider and telecom operators that keep the website running, and to delivery services and credit institutions when performing a contract. Such an arrangement is made by a contract containing a confidentiality obligation and the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. In all other cases, data are transferred to third parties only on the grounds provided by the law of the Russian Federation.
7. Validity period and withdrawal
7.1. The consent is valid from the day it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from the Data Subject’s last enquiry, unless a different period follows from a concluded contract or from the requirements of Russian law.
7.2. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending the Operator a written notice in free form:
- to the email address info@lazercomet.ru;
- by post to: 19 Kolkhoznaya Street, Dolgoprudny, Moscow Region, 141703, Russia.
7.3. Upon withdrawal, the Operator stops processing the personal data and destroys them within thirty days of receiving the withdrawal, except where processing is permitted without the Data Subject’s consent by law, and except for records that must be retained under accounting and archive legislation.
8. Confirmations by the Data Subject
8.1. The Data Subject confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity required to give this consent.
8.2. The Data Subject confirms that the personal data they provide belong to them personally, or that they hold the proper authority to pass on third-party personal data and have obtained that party’s consent.
8.3. The Data Subject confirms that they have read the Personal Data Processing Policy and are aware of the rights granted by Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
8.4. The Data Subject is aware that giving this consent is voluntary; without it, however, the Operator has no technical means of handling the enquiry.
9. Separate consent to marketing communications
9.1. Through a separate optional tick-box, the Data Subject may consent to receiving advertising and information messages about the Operator’s work, services, promotions and special offers via the channels they have supplied (telephone, SMS, email, messengers). This consent is given under part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising”.
9.2. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition for handling an enquiry and may be withdrawn separately from the consent to personal data processing — by sending a notice to info@lazercomet.ru or via the unsubscribe link in the message itself. The Operator stops sending advertising messages immediately upon receiving such a request.
10. Record of the consent given
The Operator records the fact that consent was given in electronic form, including the date and time the form was submitted, the contents of the submitted fields and the state of the tick-boxes. These records are kept for the validity period of the consent and evidence that it was given.
