Painting is the finale of multi-layer preparation: sanding removes raised fibers and machining marks, primer seals the pores and evens out absorption, and only then do the finish coats go on. Booths with drying rule out dust and runs — the coating comes out even across the whole batch.
Color is tinted to the RAL catalog or to the customer's physical sample and approved on a paint sample before the series runs. Products that get handled receive durable coatings, with finishes from deep matte to gloss.
