CNC milling of 3D parts

We machine thick sheet materials on CNC routers: slots, pockets, rounded edges, custom inserts and relief. Where the laser runs out of thickness, the router takes over — up to 20 mm on a 2000×3000 mm bed.

Where the job needs depth

CNC routers with a 2000×3000 mm bed handle what the laser can't: cutting thick boards, machining pockets and custom inserts, 3D relief. Machining runs in several passes — from rough pocketing to a finishing pass that removes the tool marks.

For each material the process engineer selects the cutter and the settings: spindle speed, feed rate, depth of cut. That determines the surface finish — parts go on to sanding and painting with no manual rework.

Frequently asked questions

When do I need the router rather than the laser?
When the thickness exceeds 10 mm, when depth machining is needed (a slot, pocket or insert), or when a light edge with no scorching matters. The operations are often combined: the laser cuts the contour, the router removes the volume.
What surface finish do you achieve?
After the finishing pass the surface is ready for sanding and painting. For visible parts we make a control sample at the required finish grade.
How is the price calculated?
By machine hours: material removal volume, depth, number of passes and finish requirements. From your file we'll quote exactly within one business day.
Do you make inserts for a specific item?
Yes: from the item itself or its dimensions we build a 3D recess — the product sits snugly in the box, with no play. A frequent order together with gift packaging.
Can you use my material?
Yes, as long as it meets the requirements for thickness, flatness and fixturing on the bed.
