Engraving accurate to 0.05 mm

We apply logos, lettering, patterns and serial numbers directly onto the material: surface and deep, raster and vector engraving. From a single gift to a batch of thousands — the image won't rub off or fade.

A mark that never wears off

Engraving burns the image into the material itself, so the result shrugs off moisture, abrasion and time. The station runs in two modes: raster — for photographs, halftones and large fills, and vector — for fine lines, type and marking.

Before the run, the settings are tuned on an offcut of the same material: depth, contrast, tone. Approved settings are saved to the order card — repeat batches come out with exactly the same shade of marking.

Frequently asked questions

Why choose engraving over printing?
Engraving is a mark in the material itself: it doesn't rub off, doesn't fade and isn't afraid of moisture. Printing delivers color; engraving delivers texture and permanence — the two are often combined.
Can each item carry its own name?
Yes — personalization from a spreadsheet: names, dates and numbers drop into the artwork automatically, and the price per item barely changes.
How small can the text be?
0.05 mm accuracy lets us confidently engrave fonts from 4 pt and lines from 0.1 mm — business cards, scales, diagrams.
Do you engrave finished products?
Yes, including customer-supplied items — boxes, boards, gifts. The limits are the working bed size and a flat marking surface.
What do you need for a quote?
The artwork or a sketch of the image, the material, the marking size and the run size. We'll return a price within one business day.
