UV printing in full color

We print images, logos and photographs directly onto the material: CMYK, white ink and spot varnish. On sheets up to 2500×1300 mm and on finished products up to 100 mm tall — the inks are UV-cured and hold without lamination.

Full color straight onto the material

A flatbed UV printer with a 2500×1300 mm bed prints on sheets and on finished products up to 100 mm tall. The inks cure instantly under UV light — the image needs no lamination and is ready for further processing straight after printing.

White ink solves the core problem of printing on wood and clear plastic: a white base keeps the color from dulling on dark plywood and acrylic. Color is approved on a test print — which then becomes the reference for the whole series.

Frequently asked questions

What materials can you print on?
Plywood, laminated HDF, MDF, acrylic, cardboard and most flat surfaces. Non-standard materials are approved after a test print.
Why is white ink needed?
UV inks are semi-transparent: on dark plywood or clear acrylic, color dulls without a white base. White ink is printed as the first layer — the image stays vivid.
Does the print fade or rub off?
The inks are UV-cured right in the printer and hold without lamination: they resist moisture, abrasion and household chemicals.
Can you print on a finished product?
Yes, the printer bed takes items up to 100 mm tall — we print on assembled boxes, boards and awards.
What resolution does the artwork need?
For raster — at least 150 dpi at 1:1 scale, ideally 300. Vector scales without loss. We'll check your file and advise before launch.
